Parts are now included to make either 'Dorothea' or 'Sybil' (choice of chimnies and cabs). Some preserved 'Alice' class locomotives have been fitted with cabs similar to 'Sybil'.

Hunslet 0-4-0ST Port Class 'Lady Joan'
Three of this class were built with cabs for use at Port Dinorwic. The other, 'Dolbadarn', was rebuilt with a lower fitting 'Alice' class boiler in 1950.

NG29 Hunslet 0-4-0ST cabless Port Class 'Michael'
Higher pitched boiler than other cabless Hunslets, started life as the third 'Port' class (see NG28). The cab was not used as the locomotive was allocated to working in the quarry.

NBRASS Locomotives

NBL1/7 PB&SSR Electric Loco
Ten of these locomotives were built for the Portmadoc, Beddgelert & South Snowdon Railway, 5 by Ganz of Hungary, 5 by Bruce Peebles and Co. of Glasgow. They were electric locos and collected power from overhead wires via two trolley poles. In 1908 the PB&SSR collapsed. It later became part of the Welsh Highland Railway. The locomotives remained at the Glasgow works until scrapped during the first war.
Kit is etched in nickel silver and includes lost wax castings. It can be motorised with a 32mm Spud or with a scale chassis (inc. in kit with 16.5mm and 14mm spacers).
To complete needs, paint, transfers, spud or wheels, motor, gears, crankpins and pickups.

NBL2/7 'The Eclipse'
Converted from a Bagnall 0-4-0ST in 1927 this electric loco took power from overhead wires via two trolley poles. It was used in Llecwedd slate quarry to shunt slate on the levels and survived the closure of the quarry to be displayed at Llechwedd slate museum.
The kit is etched in nickel silver with raised rivet detail and includes lost wax castings. It can be motorised with a 24mm Spud or with a scale chassis (supplied in kit with 16.5mm and 14mm spacers).
To complete needs, paint, transfers, spud or wheels, motor, gears, crankpins and pickups.
